1) Put large saucepan on medium heat, and then add grounded beef, chili powder, diced onion, jalapeno, and garlic. Allow cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Use a cooking spoon to crumble the beef while it is cooking. Ensure it is browned and it does not look raw. Drain excess oil/fat,..! 2) After that, add all other ingredients, and allow boiling. Once it start bubbling reduce heat to low and allow simmering for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chili thickened just right. Keep lid opened half way. 3) Add toppings at the same time serving it.
